As an all-age community in California’s Nevada County, Tall Pines Estates welcomes a mix of families, active seniors and retirees. As an all-age community of single-family manufactured homes, we have no age restrictions and abide by all federal and California fair housing laws. We are also a *pet-friendly community, and allow up to two small pets per home.
